You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
OVERSELLS & SELLOUTS
Due to the high order volumes on our website at times, it is possible that the site may over sell an item. If this happens, you will receive an email and a full refund from us.
Orders are processed and sent from our warehouse in NJ within 5 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description) shipping upgrades do not apply to processing times, all orders take up to 5 business days to process regardless of shipping method selected. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
Delays do occur during our prime selling season without notice, if you think your order should have shipped and it has been past 5 business days and you have not received a email confirmation please email us at email@example.com and we will let you know if there has been a delay and expected shipping date if so.
Shipping upgrades are available at checkout you can select from the following USPS options. These upgrades do not change the processing time of 5 business days.

Pre-Orders & Backorders
Country Couture will be debuting several new designs that will be available for PRE-ORDER or BACK ORDER and we highly suggest taking advantage of this ordering method as we know they will sell out fast once released.
A PRE-ORDER is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released. They are offered on popular designs for each season and allows everyone a chance to reserve and purchase the design without it selling out. The time is limited on PRE-ORDERS so when the PRE-ORDER closes the item will no longer be available to purchase until released. Once ordering closes we start manufacturing the design and get them shipped out to you based on the ship date listed on the PRE-ORDER. We do not list closing dates for ordering so be sure to purchase your PRE-ORDER as soon as you add them to your cart. Please order PRE-ORDER items separately from other items to ensure shipping delays will not occur for entire order.
PLEASE NOTE THE LISTING WILL THE MENTION THE ESTIMATED SHIP DATE, IT IS BUYER RESPONSIBILITY TO FIGURE OUT YOUR SHIPPING DATE BASED ON THE DATE YOU ORDERED. We can NOT guarantee delivery times on International orders due to the amount of time it may take to clear Customs. Most International orders are received within 2 to 4 weeks, however it can take up to 6 or longer if Customs has a large volume of packages to pass through. For this reason, we are unable to offer Expedite or Rush services for International orders. International orders do not include custom fees that might be assessed by other countries. We are not responsible for any additional fees or taxes that might be determined. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you need help tracking a package please contact your selected carrier first which is USPS. All International orders are sent first class through USPS which may not provide tracking info for all international destinations.
