All Items are Final Sale We Do Not Accept Returns Or Exchanges Due To Our Limited Availability Of The Items From Exclusive Releases. The term "Final Sale" means an item can not be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect fit or any other reason.
Defects or Damaged Items:
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately.
Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects or damage. All items are checked for quality workmanship before shipping but human error may occur.
- All defects and issues must be notified via email within the 3 DAY window, and must include order number and images of the issue.
CHANGE OF MIND/CANCELLATION:
All sales are final once an order is placed, you may not cancel orders at a later time for any reason per above. However if we contact you for oversell or delay you do have the option for cancellation.
OVERSELLS & SELLOUTS
Due to the high order volumes on our website at times, it is possible that the site may over sell an item. If this happens, you will receive an email and a full refund from us.

IF AN ITEM IS LISTED ANYWHERE IN THE TITLE OR DESCRIPTION AS A "PRE-ORDER OR BACKORDER" THIS MEANS THE ITEM IS NOT READY TO SHIP (ESTIMATED SHIPPING DATE/TIME WILL BE LISTED IN THE DESCRIPTION) IT IS BUYERS RESP. TO READ THE LISTINGS THROUGHLY, CANCELLATIONS WILL BE NOT ACCEPTED AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED. PLEASE NOTE PRE-ORDER AND BACKORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY TYPE OF SHIPPING UPGRADE.
LOST, STOLEN AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Country Couture is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items caused by shipping.
Allow up to 5-7 business days for processing (not valid if listing states otherwise in description). Processing time is the time is takes for us to prepare your order to leave the warehouse.
Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days depending on shipping selection chosen (packages are not insured). Shipping time is amount of time is takes to arrive to you once it leaves the warehouse. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
Pre-Orders/Backorders do not apply to the above.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be placed on hold for re-shipment after shipping is paid again.
DURING PRIME WEDDING SEASON OUR SHIPPING/PROCESSING TIMES CAN CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, WE HIGHLY SUGGEST CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE PRIOR TO PLACING ORDER IF YOU NEED AN ITEM BY A CERTAIN DATE. DURING PRIME SEASON DELAYS OF UP TO 2 WEEKS MAY OCCUR IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE LISTED TIMES WITHOUT NOTICE. PRIME WEDDING SEASON IS JAN.-SEPT.

Country Couture will be debuting several new designs that will be available for PRE-ORDER or BACK ORDER and we highly suggest taking advantage of this ordering method as we know they will sell out fast once released.
A PRE-ORDER is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released. They are offered on popular designs for each season and allows everyone a chance to reserve and purchase the design without it selling out. The time is limited on PRE-ORDERS so when the PRE-ORDER closes the item will no longer be available to purchase until released. Once ordering closes we start manufacturing the design and get them shipped out to you based on the ship date listed on the PRE-ORDER. We do not list closing dates for ordering so be sure to purchase your PRE-ORDER as soon as you add them to your cart. Please order PRE-ORDER items separately from other items to ensure shipping delays will not occur for entire order.
PLEASE NOTE THE LISTING WILL THE MENTION THE ESTIMATED SHIP DATE, IT IS BUYER RESPONSIBILITY TO FIGURE OUT YOUR SHIPPING DATE BASED ON THE DATE YOU ORDERED. EMAILS OR INQUIRES REGARDING WHEN A PRE-ORDER OR BACKORDER WILL SHIP WILL ME MOVED TO LOWEST PRIORITY TO RESPOND AS ALL THE INFORMATION REGARDING WHEN IT WILL SHIP IS POSTED HERE.
IF THERE ARE DELAYS AND THE ORDER WILL NOT SHIP LATER THEN THE NOTED ESTIMATED TIME, WE WILL CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL
EX. "SHIPPING 4 WEEKS FROM ORDER DATE" CUSTOMER ORDERED ON 6/4/17 THE ORDER WOULD APPROXIMATELY SHIP 7/4/17.
We can NOT guarantee delivery times on International orders due to the amount of time it may take to clear Customs. Most International orders are received within 2 to 4 weeks, however it can take up to 6 or longer if Customs has a large volume of packages to pass through. For this reason, we are unable to offer Expedite or Rush services for International orders. International orders do not include custom fees that might be assessed by other countries. We are not responsible for any additional fees or taxes that might be determined. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you need help tracking a package please contact your selected carrier first which is USPS. All International orders are sent first class through USPS which may not provide tracking info for all international destinations.
